Most work at CSLabs is done in a distributed team environment, using several tools to facilitate virtual collaboration. Even though these tools make remote teamwork possible, it is important to sync up in-person every so often. Each month, the team meets up to work together. These monthly meetings serve several purposes:

• Support team development of project design, interfaces, and architecture
• Facilitate collaboration, communication, and group brainstorming
• Foster friendships between colleagues
• Enjoying team activities and having fun!
