CSLabs Awarded a Phase III Air Force SBIR to Transition Assured and Trusted Microelectronics Solutions (ATMS)

CSLabs under contract FA8650-20-C-1936 transitioned the XradIC imaging and detection framework developed in Phase II Topic DMEA 152-002. An X-ray change detection inspection capability was developed using the DeltaX framework in addition to the development of tomographic and Macro-scale X-ray change detection techniques, enabling physical FPGA change detection at varying levels of detail (LoD). DeltaX integrates in-house ray tracing capabilities for physics-based simulation of X-ray imaging for trade space studies to optimize detection algorithms and data collection throughput.
